Thank you, Waterside Homes, for making our dream house come true. We bought our lot in 2001 and have been planning ever since. Vinny was able to take our ideas, plans, (scratched in pencil on a sheet of paper) and come up with the coolest house in Palm Coast, FL. We call it our treehouse! We love our Florida trees and palms and were able to keep most of them. A true Florida house. Waterside homes is sincere and their integrity were a true blessing, very easy to work with and no surprises. I would highly recommend Waterside Homes for your Florida Home, who we now consider a trusted friend.

Vincent Oliveri went out of his way to assist us in the building process every step of the way from suggestions on the architectural design to the interior and exterior finishes. We lived out of state for most of the building process and his team communicated every major decision about the build in a timely manner and provided us with pictures and details every step of the way.
